“Designing learning experiences that elevate performance, build capacity, and connect people to their fullest potential.”View Work Samples
I am a Learning & Development professional with a decade of experience designing, building, and managing training programs that drive measurable performance outcomes for diverse organizations. My work spans corporate enablement, higher education, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Currently completing a doctoral degree in Applied Learning Sciences at the University of Miami, I bring both the hands-on craft of instructional design and the research-grounded rigor of adult learning theory to every program I build.
My practice is rooted in a simple belief: the best training does not just transfer knowledge. It changes behavior, builds confidence, and creates the conditions for people to do their best work.
